THE DESIGN/BUILD APPROACH

DESIGN PHASE:
Design is typically taking space and selections of finishes and making informed choices that fulfill a function or a desired result. In most cases, budget plays a significant role as the boundary line that confines space and finish selection. We interface the above components so that we maximize the final design into a final set of choices called the Scope of Work. We process through scaled drawings of existing space, proposed layouts and elevations. We consider a multitude of finishes from granite to tile to floor coverings to door styles to wall colors. When we have enough information to price the job, a quote is given for your project and then we can schedule the construction phase.

BUILD PHASE:
Now we can execute the Scope of Work defined in the Design Phase. We have the finest team of knowledgeable craftsmen ready to execute their role in your project. This phase is constantly managed and scheduled to ensure consistent and timely progress on your project. The Design/Build Approach ensures a thorough knowledge of your project, thus minimizing the learning curve. As a result, we can execute the Building Phase more efficiently.
